Small group STRENGTH training (PT on Demand) is the foundation of our program
PT ON DEMAND:
The primary focus is Strength, Energy and Pain-Free Movement
Classes consist of no more than 5 people maximum
Each member has their own unique program
Classes are 60min and run every 30min
Embrace the dynamic energy and motivation that comes from training with peers
We believe maintaining Cardiovascular Fitness is vital to your quality of life
OUR TRAINING:
We recommend rounding out your strength training week with 1-2 days of conditioning
We provide a personalized conditioning program scaled to meet your cardiovascular needs
